Donna at MyMiracleBaby inspires me.
I love the personal touch she gives to every order
I place - and if there is ever an error (which is rare) she goes
above and beyond to make it right. I picture her late at night filling
orders and answering e-mails, after the little one has gone to bed
- and I'm sure she just wants to go to bed too, but her commitment
to the service she offers drives her to make sure that her customers
are satisfied beyond what is expected.
 I
love the way she takes the time to send out little goodies in appreciation
of my business - and the way she supports other women trying to
balance work and home with their internet businesses and the like.
In a world of GAPS and OLD NAVY's where I am only a number, Donna
makes me and anyone to whom I send her products feel like an integral
part of her success - and that is what makes her so successful.
