Andrew Walter Dennis - A Miracle Baby

Our son, Andrew, was born with multiple Congenital Heart Defects.  He has undergone 2 heart surgeries and survives with a two chamber heart. Andrew's first heart surgery was when he was just 11 months old at Children's Hospital, Boston, MA.  His second surgery followed three years later.

Andrew had a hard time; he was ambulanced twice to New York City with Congestive Heart Failure.  He had to be placed on a fat free diet to allow his lymph nodes surrounding the heart to heal.  He made it through all of this and was released from the hospital on his 4th birthday, 4/11/02.

One month later, Andrew saved his family from a house fire.  He woke up and yelled out: "Pire in my house, Pire in my house!"  We all made it out and lost everything, but we still had each other.  Thank GOD for our miracle child, Andrew Walter Dennis.

Her daughter, Angelina who is now 8 years old survived mom getting her appendix out when she was just 4 months pregnant! Her other son, Evan, who is almost 2 years old survived getting hit by a car at 21 months! God bless this courageous mom!
