My husband was actually over seas in Afghanistan, when I began to have
some complications at only 31 wks. I thought maybe just being under stress
or just something emotional with me, was causing this. I had mentioned to
my
doctor I was having problems, and he scheduled an ultra sound and
everything looked fine. Two days later, I had my beautiful son Braxton. He
weighed 4 lbs and 9 oz. I thought he was fine, he cried when he was born,
but then he just stopped. He died in the delivery room 3 times, and when
they finally
had him stable, they flew him to Cook Children's Hospital. He dropped down
to 3 lbs and 11 oz, and was there for 3 wks. He fought against all the
odds,
and now today, he is a happy smart 13 month old little boy. He weights 26
lbs now, and is walking, and talking, and doing everything that the
doctors
said he probably wouldn't do. He truly is my miracle baby, but I have
always
called him my muscle man..
